How do I upload my prescription?
Visit our Prescription page, fill out the required information, and upload a clear photo or scan of your prescription. Our pharmacists will review it within 2-4 hours.
What are your delivery charges?
We charge ₦500 for standard delivery across Nigeria. Orders above ₦10,000 qualify for free delivery. Express delivery is available for ₦1,000.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Lagos and 2-5 business days for other states. Express delivery is available for same-day or next-day delivery.
Can I return medications?
Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of medications. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Do you accept insurance?
We are working on insurance partnerships. Currently, we accept direct payments via card, bank transfer, and mobile money. Keep your receipts for insurance reimbursement.
